Welcome to the Sanguine Creek Estates Home Haunted House!

We are gearing up for the 2026 season and can't wait to welcome you back.

The Crypt and grounds will open Oct 2, 2026 and run every Friday and Saturday from Sunset until 9 PM. Drop off your canned food donation for the Southern Maryland Food Bank, hunt for ghosts with your mobile phone, hear the stories from our resident ghosts and sing along with the singing Jack-O-Lanterns!

The Asylum Haunted House will be open Oct 30 and 31, 6-9 PM. What if your darkest fears were already inside you?

Step into the word of renowned scientist, Dr. Samuel C. Edwards. Dr. Edwards purchased the Sanguine Creek Estates in 1890. A former pox ward, and hospital for those suffering from mental illness, Dr. Edwards seeks to heal unseen maladies with the latest treatments. His research has led to numerous breakthroughs in our understanding of the human mind. An avid historian, Dr. Edwards has sought to better understand the maladies that affected previous inhabitants of the Sanguine Creek in order to further his own research.

What he doesn't know is that a malevolent spirit has been living in the Sanguine Creek for hundreds of years preying on those who seek to acquire more than they've earned.

The Crypt

The Asylum

Walk through the Asylum of Dr. Edwards and see the latest in medical research first hand.

The address for Sanguine Creek Estates will be revealed one week before opening.
