SCE Haunted House

The newest home haunt in Chesapeake Beach Maryland is back for the 2025 season!

The grounds will be open with Ghost Stories and Ghost Hunting every Friday and Saturday Oct 3 to Nov 2, 2025.

We're then opening Nov 1-2 with a brand new walk-thru haunted house.

Admission is free but please bring a donation of non-perishable food to support the Southern Maryland Food Bank.

Step into the word of renowned scientist, Dr. Samuel C. Edwards. Dr. Edwards purchased the Sanguine Creek Estates in 1890. A former pox ward, and hospital for those suffering from mental illness, Dr. Edwards seeks to heal unseen maladies with the latest treatments. His research has led to numerous breakthroughs in our understanding of the human mind. An avid historian, Dr. Edwards has sought to better understand the maladies that affected previous inhabitants of the Sanguine Creek in order to further his own research.

What he doesn't know is that a malevolent spirit has been living in the Sanguine Creek for hundreds of years preying on those who seek to acquire more than they've earned.

The Crypt

Walk through the Asylum of Dr. Edwards and see the latest in medical research first hand.
